Judgment
for 42,700 Slot Machine Licenses Issued by Federal Court
| Solomon
Saltsman & Jamieson wins a great victory by
successfully obtaining a federal court Judgment against
the State that requires the State to issue 42,700 slot
machine licenses the State had been wrongfully withholding
in a vain attempt to force the San Pasqual Tribe and
others to renegotiate a contract already in place between
the State and the Tribe. The State had refused to admit
the Licenses were required to be issued. |
