David V. Sack
Mr. David V. Sack is a civil litigator experienced in all phases of litigation, including trial. He also serves as outside general counsel to small businesses, advising on business transactions and employment matters.
Mr. Sack has served as coordinating counsel for major pharmaceutical companies assisting in the defense of nationwide product liability actions. Mr. Sack has also served as corporate defense counsel in a wide range of matters, including government investigations and enforcement actions, securities litigation (on behalf of foreign and domestic clients),white-collar defense, FINRA broker-dealer arbitration, nationwide class actions, contract disputes, FDIC defense,insurance defense, breach of fiduciary duty, and commercial real estate litigation defense.
In addition, Mr. Sack has successfully represented chapter 7 trustees and chapter 11 plan agents seeking recovery of fraudulent and preferential transfers. Mr. Sack has also represented corporate clients in antitrust MDL actions involving federal, international, and state issues.
Before joining Yukevich Cavanaugh, Mr. Sack worked in the litigation departments of two international law firms in NewYork, a patent litigation boutique in Silicon Valley, a bankruptcy litigation firm in Los Angeles, and a civil defense firm in Los Angeles.
Mr. Sack is admitted to practice in California and New York, the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
